We’ll store most items under 100cm x 60cm x 60cm and weighing less than 20kg. Any boxes weighing more than the required weight will incur a fee of £3 for every KG exceeded. You can see a list of the few things we can’t store here.
Store your items in boxes you’ve ordered from us, or your own, provided they’re suitably sturdy. We can also store your larger items, if agreed to in writing, and provided they are wrapped carefully in bubble wrap rather than a box.

If you order packing materials from us, but don’t know how long you need to pack, you can book your collection at a later date.
If you’re not sure how long you want to store for, just choose 1 month to ‘Pay-As-You-Store’. Otherwise you can get cheaper rates by committing to store for longer with a ‘Longer Term Price Plan’.
Collections are free on our Monday to Friday Service, where we collect after 09.00am and before 17.00. If you would like timed services, these are available for FREE, and Saturday deliveries these are available for a small fee.
Don’t forget to label your items with your personalised PANDA STUDENT STORAGE labels. You can print these from an email which will be sent, attach to your boxes. If your item is not boxed, please ensure your label is securely attached, for example using a luggage tag.

To enable us to provide our service across mainland UK/INTERNATIONALLY, we have partnered with the UK’s most respected courier services.
Special instructions for finding your property or getting access are really helpful for our drivers and delivery partners, so please give us these when you book online.
We’ll send you a confirmation email the day before collection. For most UK postcodes, this will include your 1-hour ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) if we can provide one, although this isn’t always possible. Make sure you or someone you trust is at your address for the duration of the full collection window, with your boxes on the ground floor ready to be picked up where possible.
You can leave your items with a reception and we’ll pick up. Just make sure that your reception is well informed of what we are collecting and that we will be arriving, and we’ll do the rest.
If you need to make any changes, just let us know by 11am the working day before the collection.
You can track your items all the way to the warehouse through your online account. You’ll receive a confirmation email when they arrive.
Your goods are insured up to £100 per item from when we pick them up and right up until you receive them back at the end of their time with us. If you want to insure higher value items, just choose one of our insurance plans when you book your collection.
Storage costs are charged monthly in advance, based on the date of your initial collection, for as long as you have committed to and/or continue to store with us.
For every friend you refer who stores with PANDA STUDENT STORAGE, we will credit your account with £10. Refer enough friends and you store for free!
You can book a return for one, some or all of your boxes or items through your PANDA SERVICES & OFFERS account online.
We deliver between 8am and 17pm Monday to Friday. Let us know by 11am and we will be with you the next working day. Timeslots and Saturday deliveries are available at an additional charge.

We provide ticket sales for upcoming Club events & Concerts. All tickets that are purchased are delivered Online Via E-Ticket. Purchases are subject to ticket availability. If tickets are sold out more can be provided based on high demand, this option will only be available for specific Club events & Concerts. All tickets includes service charge.
NOTE: Tickets that are cancelled after purchase will are none refundable.
